Helpdesk Administrator - Facilities Maintenance - Leeds.
I am currently representing a fast-growing business that specialise in the provision of Mechanical and Electrical Building Services planned, reactive, and emergency maintenance within the commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, retail, and leisure sectors. Due to recent growth, my client is recruiting for a Helpdesk Administrator with experience of using Job Logic to work from their office in Leeds.
The successful candidate will look after the day-to-day administration operation as well as managing the internal engineers and external sub-contractors. The ideal candidate will come from a similar environment, with the motivation to progress into either a Supervisory or Managerial position.
Job Specification:
* Responsible for compliance administration duties for assigned client sites
* Monitoring daily PPM schedules in line with Concept planners, and to ensure SLAs and KPIs are met
* Weekly reporting on any outstanding PPMs (statutory and non-statutory)
* Issue PPMs and reactive jobs to the engineers and booking engineers onto site by liaising with customers
* Arrange for specialist sub-contractors to attend jobs for completion as per the request from the client/engineers
* Use Job Logic Workforce Management Software to track expenses etc.
Salary & Package:
* GBP22,000 per annum
* 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
* 08:00am to 17:00pm
