*Within ICON Statistics and Programming we provide high quality biostatistical and programming services and deliverables to our clients. *
Our Statistics and Programming Leadership are committed to ongoing growth and development of their team members and we are proud to be able to provide opportunities for Graduate Statisticians to join us and start their career within Clinical Research.
Our Graduate intakes are growing and as a result, we are seeking a *Statistics Training Manager *who can be dedicated to supporting the accelerated training of our graduate cohorts.
This is a global role which will be dedicated to training and mentoring our graduates cohorts during their initial 6 months with ICON before they transfer across to our specific Account Groups.
You will also support general training needs within the group when required and be expected to take part in initiatives and improvement projects within the Statistics and Programming group.
Joining this group enables you to work at forefront of the development and implementation of innovative technology whilst also benefitting from clear career paths, regular in house trainings and knowledge sharing forum sessions, support with professional membership and ongoing mentoring and coaching programs.

*You are:*
We are seeking candidates with a strong background in Statistics within a Clinical Research or Pharmaceutical environment who are looking to take a different route in training and coaching others through their career
We are seeking candidates with,
* Experience in mentoring, training or coaching ( Functional Management experience is desirable but not essential)
* The ability to absorb new information and have a passion for developing others
* Strong communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English
