A new opportunity to join a friendly and busy team based in Hatfield supporting the Sales Team with administrative tasks. Sales Administrator - Job Overview

As a Sales Administrator your duties will include:

  • Management of the sales team inbox
  • Maintain and act as the lead contact for the CRM system
  • Deal with high-level, confidential information and tasks accordingly
  • Assist with the tender response and presentation preparation processes
  • Maintain accurate customer files and set up new accounts
  • Prepare for site visits including provision of hospitality
  • Assist with travel arrangements where required

Sales Administrator - Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Enthusiastic and flexible approach to work
  • Can Do attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Sales Administrator - The Details

  • GBP22,000 - GBP25,000 per annum
  • Free parking onsite
  • Working hours of 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday
  • Immediate start available
