Staff Partners Mental Health are recruiting for Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN's) / Learning Disability Nurses (RNLD's) with NHS / Private Hospital Experience to work with a large Private Mental Health provider in the Derbyshire Area

The service primarily provides low secure and mental health rehabilitation care based on the Recovery Model. The service uses an integrated care pathway. The hospital is presented to a very high standard, with service users having access to therapy and leisure facilities, including a gym and art room and an external courtyard.

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Produce outstanding written reports based on your nursing assessments and observations

* Work closely with the management team to develop the service audit & improve quality

* Attend all training & engage in CPD to further knowledge & promote nursing

* Under NMC guidelines, ensure that individual care plans are complete & maintained collectively with residents, relatives & other healthcare professionals

* Administer medicines within healthcare procedure and Healthcare

Is this the role for you?

* An experienced RMN/RNLD with a current Pin Number

* The ability to maintain documentation, undertake audits & demonstrate integrity in your role

* A good understanding of the latest nursing practices

* A commitment to patient recovery in order to effectively monitor, manage & reduce risk

* Compassion, resilience & a dedication to empower & support service user independence

* PMVA/MAPA Training

* 1-year NHS experience

* Be required to work flexible hours
