Maintenance Technician - Luton - Housing Charity - up to GBP25,000
Hello Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting a Maintenance Technician for a housing chartity based in Luton, Bedfordshire.
As a Maintenance Technician you will need to be multi-skilled covering a variety of skills including woodwork, electrical repairs, minor plumbing, decorating glazing and maintenance of fittings and equipment.
This summary will include dealing with water leaks, preparing and decorating tenants rooms prior to being let, repairing faulty or broken doors, weekly fire testing amongst others.
