My client a market leader in their industry is seeking a Maintenance Administrator - 12 month fixed term contract
The role:
The maintenance team is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of processes related to retail units maintenance. A maintenance administrator provides a dedicated support function for the operations team and contractors.
Responsible for:
* answering telephone calls and e-mails; progressing requests for maintenance services by liaising with the retail units, field-based resources and third-party contractors
* answering enquiries and questions, handling complaints, troubleshooting problems and providing information
* attending meetings with contractors and other teams
* travelling to retail units, when required, to take part in training, meetings and other support
* producing reports and presenting reports, when required
* completing financial reconciliation
Ideal skills and experience:
* communication - ability to establish and maintain working relationships across the company and with contractors
* working in a fast-paced customer service environment, on multiple tasks, seeing each task through to conclusion
* organised and logical approach to work
* analysis and problem-solving skills
* proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel
* experience using SAP ECC an advantage, but not essential
Core hours: 37.5 (over five out of any seven days, according to a predetermined rota)
You must be flexible to work over weekends/bank holidays, in rotation with others.
