Senior Construction Supervisor

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Construction Supervisor to come and join us, initially you will be working on an exciting large and complex heavy civils project in Slough and following the completion of this phase of the project you will join the wider team supporting projects across the south east.

What the role will involve

•Lead a team of both direct and subcontract workers

•Work as a team to drive excellent health, safety and environmental standards

•Play a key role in positively driving the programme

•Manage quality process

•Prepare project reports

•Be an ambassador for blu-3 in the public domain

•Support with the creation of reports

•Ensure all daily works have the relevant paperwork and permits

•Liaise with the clients construction management team

What experience and qualifications you will need to succeed in this role

•Pervious demonstrated utilities supervision experience

•IT literate using Microsoft office packages

•CSCS black or gold card

•SSTS

•Can work under pressure, managing a busy workload with a can-do attitude

•Self-motivated/Proactive

•Ideally we would like candidates to have SMSTS and SEATS but this is not essential
