Are you a confident communicator who enjoys working in a varied role? If you are someone who likes to get involved in various tasks supporting a busy sales team, then this position could be perfect for you! Previous Sales Administration background would be an advantage, but full training will be provided.
This vacancy will be based in our clients' offices in Waterbeach with free parking available!
Start: ASAP
Location: Office Based - Waterbeach, Cambridgeshire
Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday - Thursday 8:42am - 5pm and Friday 8:42am - 3:30pm (30 minute unpaid lunch break each day)
Salary: GBP25,000 per annum
Benefits: 20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays, Simply Health corporate membership, Bupa private health cover, Christmas closure and Christmas party
Duties:
- Processing orders
- Checking data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Contacting clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Liaising with the various Logistics companies we use, to ensure timely deliveries
- Processing relevant export documentation
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
- Developing monthly sales reports
- Staying up to date with new products and features
- Filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Ensuring all clients remain informed on their outstanding debts and deadlines
- Perform other duties to support the operational team, as and when required
About you:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office package
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 software would be an advantage but is not essential
- Proven work experience in a Sales/Purchasing, or Operations support role
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent organisational skills
- An ability to work as part of a team, as well as on your own
