Our client, a well known Public Sector organisation based in Glasgow, requires a PA on a temporary basis for approximately 2 months. The salary for the position is GBP12.13 per hour, working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday. This is a hybrid role combining working from home and in the office in the city centre.
Main purpose of role:
To provide PA and Administrative support to the department
Accountabilities/Responsibilities
Incident and outbreak admin support to Clinical and Protecting Health
Secretariat to national meetings - arranging meetings by MS Teams, collate meeting papers and attend meeting to take minutes
Mailbox coordinator and triaging them into cells workstreams
Call handler and logging calls
PA: Diary Management and admin support for Consultant in Public Health
Admin support to cell workstreamsKey Skills and Requirements
PA/Administration experience
Experienced minute taker who can slip into meetings at short-notice and with not much background on subject
Experience of multi-tasking in a fast-paced office where tasks constantly change with no notice
Excellent communication skills
Ability to reassign priorities to meet deadlines in a changing and responsive environment
A minute taking test will form part of the interview process for this role
