Page Personnel are partnering with this higher education organisation who are looking for a CRM Campaigns Specialist to join their growing team, based in Preston.

Description

As a CRM Campaigns Specialist, you will be reporting directly to the CRM Manager, responsible for the planning and execution of automated communication campaigns for our UK market. Duties will include but are not limited to:

Deliver engaging nurturing and conversion campaigns across a number of communication channels, including email, SMS, post, telephone.
Generate new ideas on how to engage their core audiences. Work with Conversion and Marketing teams to create effective mail copy, optimise subject lines and the CTAs.
Set up and manage various automation workflows to manage communications that will be sent to prospects and influencers throughout the student journey cycle.
Use email marketing tools to develop and optimise automated campaigns. Implement A/B testing. Analyse their performance and draw key insights for future campaigns. Record findings from the test results. Collaborate with relevant teams to continually improve the performance of campaigns.
Monitor open rates, click-through rates, click to open rates, lead conversions, working closely with their web data analyst. Report on the effectiveness of campaigns.
Ensure CRM data integrity to improve deliverability and open rates. Routinely audit the accuracy of contact data.
Become the team's go to person for seeking professional advice and expertise in the latest email marketing content trends whilst creatively able to apply these in the education sector.
Work collaboratively with a number of teams across the External Relations Service including the UK Student Recruitment, Partnerships and Admissions, Marketing, Internal Communications and Events teams, and Academic Registry towards an omni-channel customer centric approach.Profile

To be considered for this role, you must:

- Have previous experience within a similar role, ideally 2-3 years

- Have previous experience of developing and executing CRM automated campaigns

- Have good working knowledge of GDPR

- Have good working knowledge of MS Excel

- Have good working knowledge of CRM systems, ideally Dynamics

- Possess strong communication skills both verbally and written
