Page Personnel are currently recruiting a Purchase Ledger Manager on behalf of a Construction business in East Leeds.

Client Details

Our Client are a successful construction business who, due to growth - are looking for a Purchase Ledger Manager that can actively support their Finance Team of 10.

Description

As a Purchase Ledger Manager you will report directly to the Financial Controller and be responsible for, however not limited to; managing the finance team, producing weekly stats to monitor productivity and workload, overseeing the purchaseledger, dealing with any serious issues and being point of contact for critical suppliers, checking and approving purchaseledger invoices, monitoring and reviewing credit limits, checking and approving purchaseledger payment runs, assisting with staff training and development, assisting with cash flow forecasting, assisting with producing accruals, assisting with monthly cost reporting analysis and assisting with weekly tracker information.

Profile

The successful candidate will;

  • Have a background working in Accounts Payable
  • Have management experience either in a finance team or accounts payable team
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Have a confident approach

Job Offer

Salary is up to GBP35,000 per annumMonday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm with 1 hour for lunch (flexibility can be offered)Accessible location from multiple motorway links to East Leeds23 days holiday + bank holidays
