Office Angels are extremely excited to be supporting one of our fantastic clients based in Livingston with their new Administrator role.

This role is office based working Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm.

The main purpose of this role is to support the operations within the office with all general office administration support whilst delivering excellent Customer Service to all clients and customers.

The role will involve but not be limited to the below duties:

  • Raise quotes and follow up on quotes issued
  • Receive and arrange deliveries as required
  • Manage diaries
  • Order parts and chase up suppliers
  • Source and price materials
  • Maintain records and filing
  • First point of contact for any incoming calls
  • Schedule engineer workloads
  • Liaise with HO as required
  • Assist with customer enquiries both over the phone and via the e-mail inbox.

This role will be initially 3-6 months temporary through Office Angels then permanent basis direct with the client. Please note this is a permanent position so only candidates who can commit long term should wish to go forward for the role.
