Working Foreman (SMSTS, First Aider)

Our client, a regional building contractor is looking for a Working Foreman for newly awarded projects in Plymouth.

This successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following, skills, experience and qualification:

* Must have CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid

* Ability to contribute on site on tools (general building) when not supervising

* Ability to manage site from set up to completion

* Liaison with client and associated construction professionals

* The projects consist of general refurbishment of schools and municipal buildings specifically relating to fire safety works, EWI and general maintenance

* Ability to manage labour, trades

* H&S, quality control, RAMS and tool box talks

* Organise, coordinate and run meetings on site relating to progress, program, problem solving etc.

* Manage all associated paperwork

The projects start at various points in July so our client is looking to interview ASAP.

The positions could be extended with the opportunity to go permanent.

Pay types on offer include Limited, CIS (umbrella) as well as PAYE.
