Location: Tonbridge & Hybrid

Salary:GBP21,000 - GBP24,000

A young custom-branded-merchandise company catering for the health + fitness industry. Despite being a start-up they have just celebrated their 3rd birthday recently and have continued to well exceed industry expectations in both product service offerings and quality. They have launched some exciting/unique projects that have put them ahead of the curve of innovation in the industry and continue to provide out-of-the box thinking and creativity to their products/services.

Making high-quality activewear that maximises on comfort and flexibility needed for a variety of different active pursuits. Offering solutions to help those interested in getting good quality and performance-built custom apparel.

Helping fitness professionals to make the most out of their branding and with ideas of how to grow their business. By combining activewear and branding, they started producing fantastic results for clients territories.

The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, reliable and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join a young start-up and come on the journey of the business' growth. Bring positive energy and creative ideas to a flexible and dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

Creating personalised versions of product catalogue for new clients, making sure new client artwork files are vectorised and stored in the client folder.
Mocking up product/artwork designs as per client requests / different brand styles
Managing Client web shops (including uploading new product designs and editing the front end of the ecommerce web shop in line with client requests)
Producing weekly promotional banners to support client's merchandise sales/marketing
Producing daily content for social media channels/marketing
Coming up with new designs/themes/mock-ups for each of their clients to sell to their members (t-shirt/other merchandise designs etc)
Work on design briefs from clients with regards to print media - this could involve business branding/stationary, printed banners/selfie frames all the way to designing magazines and recipe books for clients.
Working with the director to create additional online sites/micro brands with which sell print-on-demand designs and being able to run these stores under your own creative/marketing direction.

Requirements:

At least A-Level or Equivalent in Graphic design
Strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, namely; Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign (Premier Pro and After Effects would be a great bonus)
Well organised with the ability to manage your own workflow, produce high quality and creative work, sometimes at pace
Team player with a positive 'can-do' attitude/energy, sociable and outgoing with the ability to take constructive feedback and manage tasks with little supervision
Creative thinking with the ability to come up with a variety of new ideas and concepts to support project briefs for clients
Good written communication
Commercially astute, (experience selling with Print-On-Demand/Etsy stores as an advantage)
A portfolio of previous work is required
Ideally a keen interest in Print-On-Demand, merchandise and the health + fitness industry.

Tonbridge office
Hybrid working available - 3 days in office, 2 days remote
ideally 5 days in office at least for the first 3 months for training
