We have serious ambitions to grow our physical global presence and looking to appoint a Talent Acquisition Associate to support the Talent Acquisition Manager and the wider People Team to support the talent strategy globally. This position will support both permanent and contract assignments.

Candidates will need to have a background in either agency or in-house experience of candidate sourcing and interview management. It would be great if you have a background of clinical or pharma sector experience. The rest, we can teach!

*Job Purpose*

As part of the People Team, the Talent Acquisition Associate supports the Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure effective delivery of required talent acquisition services inline with the recruitment policy.

This position is recognised as the recruitment subject matter expert on employee resourcing, identification strategies and operational delivery. The talent Acquisition Associate will provide innovative, cost effective and timely solutions across permanent and contract recruitment for Innovative Trials by utilising existing and new solutions such as ATS, social media campaigns and networking and referrals.

*Detailed Responsibilities (but not limited to)*

Adhere to the recruitment process, ensuring that all recruitment activity is in line with the recruitment policy, work with recruiting managers inline with the recruitment policy and ensure compliance across the business

Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments.

Consistently provide a high level of customer service to applicants and internal hiring managers

*
Advise, coach and up skill hiring managers on recruitment policies, ATS, processes and interviewing skills, to ensure consistency and compliance across the wider business.

Ensure all job descriptions and adverts are current, accurate and in line with Group recruitment policy

To support the Talent function on a wide range of strategic recruitment activity including social media branding, attraction & sourcing candidates.

Liaise with 3rd party agencies when required and provide detailed briefs when required

Support the Talent Acquisition Manager (and other departments when required) with administrative duties

End to end campaign management

Explore and organise wider talent events to attract candidates in both specialist and volume campaigns, ie, careers events, networking, open days, social media and online networking.

Effectively communicate market information and intelligence to internal stakeholders and hiring managers

6-12 months min in-house or agency recruitment experience (ideally contract and perm)
