We are supporting a client in the education sector who are looking for an experienced HR Advisor / Senior HR Advisor to join their HR Team on a temporary basis likely 6 months.

They are looking for an experienced HR Advisor who can hit the ground running, be confident advising line managers and with an up to date knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities as a HR Advisor:

• Provide clear advice on HR and employment law.
• Supporting managers on complex casework including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance.
• Oversee recruitment activity ensuring timely completion and the most effective selection processes.
• Building credible relationships with managers to enable a thorough understanding of operational challenges.
• Analysing and presenting HR metrics to identify key people issues and solutions.
• Supporting the delivery of the people strategy by implementing a range of HR initiatives.

Essential requirements:

• CIPD qualified.
• Someone who is passionate about HR and providing a great service.
• Proven experience of working as a HR Advisor.
• Full UK licence ideally
