We're looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working and experienced Sales / Account Manager to work with a growing sports sector business based in Altrincham.
Working in a small but established sales team, you will concentrate on both phone based sales and account management. Due to their year on year growth, they have an opportunity for a Sales / Account Manager to join and grow with them. There will be sector specific training and there is a genuine opportunity for career development.
The role: -
* Managing own account list of over 200 B2B accounts
* Following up leads generated by their in house online marketing campaigns.
* Helping to manage and maintain their CRM customer database.
* Running sales projects to offer new products to new and existing customers.
* Discussing customers ongoing requirements, gaining product feedback and identifying competitive threats to the business.
* Dealing with general incoming sales enquiries and customer support, working alongside the rest of the sales team
Experience Required:
* Energy, personality and a positive work ethic are the most important!
* A minimum of 3 years' experience making outbound calls to new and existing customers
* Experience working in a busy sales office.
* You must be self motivated, professional and well presented, being capable of turning prospective new leads into customers
* This is a B2B sales position, allowing you to use your sales skills to build long term business relationships.
* Experience in the Sports sector is not essential but an interest certainly is!
This is a great Sales Account Manager role with an honest and trustworthy business who offer a bonus but don't lie about earning potential and then never deliver.
