Social Worker- Adult Hospital Team- Truro, Cornwall
Social Workers required for work within the Adult Hospital Team at the Royal Cornwall Hospital in Truro in the beautiful Cornwall area. Excellent rates GBP24.24ph . 3 month minimum contract. Exciting opportunity in a lovely rural area. This is an office based role due to the nature of the role.
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Social Worker practitioner who has experience of working with Adults with a wide range of presenting needs. You will be based in a well- supported/managed team in a hospital setting. The role requires you to work within relevant current legislation and collaboratively with adults and their families/carers to assess their needs and plan and deliver services in accordance with the social work team's service area. You will attend MDT's / flow hub meetings and complete safeguarding within the hospital setting. The successful candidate will have the ability to respond promptly, carry out proportionate assessment and recording, working closely with community colleagues and health partners as required.
You will be Social Work England registered, ideally a driver with access to own car and able to reside and work in the UK
