My client is an IT Support business located in Leicestershire who have been around for 30 years. They are looking for an IT Infrastructure Engineer to join their growing team and help support issues on the 2nd line. This is a chance to immerse yourself in a great MSP and work on some truly exciting projects.
Key Responsibilities for the IT Infrastructure Engineer
Providing clients with second line support
Monitoring, managing, and maintaining our clients data centres
Performing IT audits and implementing recommendations
Managing Microsoft Azure and Office 365 tenants
Supporting the design, build and delivery of IT infrastructure projectsRequired Experience for the IT Infrastructure Engineer
Understanding of Virtualisation (VMware, Hyper-V, Storage, SAN, NAS, Veeam Backup and Replication
Exposure to Windows Server 2012+
Extensive use of Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, DNS, DHCP
Administration and configuration of M365 and Azure AD, SSO, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams
Solid Networking skillsPlease apply as directed
