Hyde is looking to recruit a Project Manager to focus on Land & Construction projects.

The Hyde Group is one of the UK’s largest owners and developers of affordable housing. We have the funding in place to deliver 10,000 new homes over the next 5 years. To achieve this ambitious objective, we require an experienced Project Manager who can manage multiple residential construction projects, ensuring value for money and service excellence throughout the build lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Project manage multiple construction projects concurrently using commercial ability to manage people, budgets and costs.
  • Responsible for the construction of both affordable and market housing for rent and for sale.
  • Liaise regularly with internal departments, particularly Sales and Marketing, Housing Management and Property Services to obtain their input to potential sites and existing developments.
  • Monitor build programmes and monitor and review in conjunction with Consultants to ensure adherence to programmes. This includes a minimum of monthly visits to site.
  • Liaise with the sales and marketing team to ensure up to date understanding of Show Home handover requirements, sales exchange and completion targets to ensure the Build programme optimises revenue generation for each development.
  • Ensure that at site meetings staff are aware of the programme and the first expected income on each development.
  • Identify any issues affecting programme delivery within your projects and resolve to meet required timescales.
