White Horse Employment are pleased to be working with a well established facilities management company based in Trowbridge, who are looking for a Helpdesk Coordinator to join their growing team on a full-time, temp to perm basis.

The Helpdesk Team deals with all communications from clients regarding maintenance of commercial properties, whether that be arranging regular services of air conditioning units or scheduling emergency repairs to heating systems. They are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, is highly organised and someone who is able work well in a busy and fast paced environment. There is a strong emphasis on customer service within the role and the successful candidate will be able to satisfy the clients with a professional and friendly approach whilst ensuring the job gets done.

The day to day of this role will involve:

  • Speaking with clients across the UK and logging calls.
  • Ensuring all client related documentation is kept up-to-date
  • Liaising with engineers and maintenance personell
  • Scheduling appointments for maintenance & repairs

Ideally you will have:

  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • Experience in a fast paced, office environment
  • An organised and proactive approach to new challenges
