As a dedicated In-house recruiter you will be responsible for managing relationships with internal stakeholders / hiring managers, to sourcing candidates, managing applications across the UK and EU regions. Recruiting across a range of roles in the IT sector. You will manage the full recruitment life-cycle through to on boarding.

The Role
You will be responsible for the full in-house recruitment life-cycle and will include;
* Building, managing and influencing internal stakeholder relationships
* Building talent pools & sourcing candidates via all channels / recruitment platforms
* Screening candidate calls, face to face interviews, rate negotiation, offer, acceptance, close and on-boarding.
* Act as a brand ambassador for the company at all times, championing their values
* Support internal teams and HR to help build their employer brand
* Use social media channels to widen their reach to potential candidates
* Support the delivery of end to end projects About you
* 3+ years IT recruitment experience either in Agency or In-house
* Ideally you will have experience of recruiting Project Managers, Agile, Scrum Masters
* A people person with high levels of emotional intelligence and communication skills with the ability to build rapport easily
* An interest in Technology and interested in developing and training within tech
