Randstad CPE are currently looking for an FM Estimator to join their expanding team on a permanent basis. This role offers flexible working therefore you can be based anywhere throughout the UK as the client has offices in Manchester, Leeds, Newcastle, Birmingham and London.

Your role will be to provide hard services expertise to the solutions team and develop market leading solutions and cost modelling for both single service and total facilities management (TFM) strategic bids.

Responsibilities:

Leading the solution design and cost modelling under the direction of the bid lead
Reviewing client requirements, tender packs and data sets to labour load new and innovative solutions
Managing relationships with third party suppliers
Undertaking site visits and surveys to validate information and identify innovation
Completing the solution approach element to sign off packs identifying all risks and mitigations
Liaising with the financial analyst to ensure cost models are completed correctly
Remaining up to date in the latest trends and innovation within the Hard FM Industry Experience required:

Education/Qualifications

Hard Services/ Operational Management experienceWorking experience/Personal attributes

Proven track record of Solutioning TFM and Hard FM contracts worth >GBP5m per annum
Ideally experience in TFM >GBP10m per annum.
Ability to operate well within a team environment with defined responsibilities.
Experience in capital lifecycle and investment plans
Firm understanding of SFG20 and other hard FM guidelines
Familiar with cost models and internal P&Ls
