Working with a world leader in the construction sector, a HR Administration Team Leader is needed for an initial 6 month contract

The HR Administration Team Leader carries out an essential role liaison between the HR Administrator, outsourced HR Admin service, the payroll team, HR and Line Managers. Their role is to ensure that all administration processes are carried out correctly and the HR system is updated accurately. A raft of duties are required by the post holder including:

•Ensure that all right to work documentation is in place and the necessary approvals before an offer letter is issued. When necessary prepare offer letter packs.

•Make sure that all documentation is filed correctly

•Liaison between the Recruiting Manager, the outsourced HR Admin team and HRBP

•Administration when needed relating to Drugs and Alcohol testing and the Health Declaration forms which involves liaising with our external provider

•Supporting the induction process

•Administer the Internal Vacancy Circulars and External Advertising requirements as necessary.

•Ensure all roles are properly approved before they are advertised and maintain the recruitment tracker.

•Liaison between the Recruiting Manager and HRBP

•Supporting the administration of all changes to an employee during their employment from address changes to promotion letters. Ensure that they are all administered in line with our procedures

•Updating and maintaining the time administrators in SAP

You will have worked in a similar role, and be able to hit the ground running. Strong communication skills are needed to help with stakeholder discussions
