We are recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst to join our team, supporting the business with day-to-day IT queries and effectively managing the service desk ticket system. You will be responding to enquiries via telephone, email, portal and face to face, aiming for high levels of first-time fix resolution to the queries. Reporting to the Head of Service Operations, you will work within a team who are passionate about providing excellence in customer service to their internal colleagues.

We are keen to develop our teams and ensure that your knowledge is continually updated. You will have the opportunity to work alongside more experienced colleagues, learn on the job and access to tools to ensure that your knowledge is kept up to date.

You will;

- Provide 1st Line support for all IT issues, managing incidents and request within the agreed SLAs
- Take ownership for the ticket queues on ITSM toolset, ensuring that all tickets are updated daily
- Be the key escalation point for all tickets that touch the Service Desk
- Support team members and aid the 2nd line team as required
- Work in alignment to ITIL processes such as Incident, Major Incident, Problem and Change Management
- Ensure that all equipment is clearly labelled and store safely

About You:

You will have a recognised IT qualification and a minimum of ITIL foundation qualification. Having already worked within a Service Desk Environment you will have knowledge of:

- Microsoft Windows Server / Microsoft SQL Server 2008 onwards
- Microsoft Windows 7 onwards
- Microsoft 365 suite
- Android and iOS mobile devices
- Active Directory
- Excellent customer service
- Valid driving licence

You will have used a range of hardware, software and infrastructure and have worked as part of a team in a continuous service improvement environment. You will be able to communicate effectively with your customers, ensuring that you are working within set processes and procedures.
