We are partnering with a leading UK manufacturing company in their search for a Finance Administrator. This role will be a maternity cover, and will last for anywhere between 9 to 12 months. This is an exciting opportunity with a vibrant and collaborative team you can add value to.

What you will do:

As a Finance Administrator, you will support to the the business through working closely with the Cluster Operations Business Partner, site teams and the Shared Service Centre. You will monitor costs throughout the month, and work with other departments with invoice processing, purchase orders, raising credit notes, monitoring credit limits, and controlling the process around customer supplier records. The accounting package in place is SAP.

The role will also include elements of management information, continuous improvement, governance and control and working capital management.

What you will need:

Strong Excel and numerical skills is essential
Financial administration qualification (AAT) would be advantageous
Understanding of the financial administration process
Previous experience with SAP is desirable but not essential
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
High level of attention to detail and enthusiasm to seek out ways to improve processesThis role offers a great degree of flexibility from working hours to hybrid working, along with a competitive salary and benefits.
