Helpdesk Support Engineers / Field Support Engineers (1st, 2nd & 3rd Line) - Multiple Openings
As a Support Engineer will be able to find & solve problems, or simply make changes where required to the project/product you are working on.
You will be comfortable in taking responsibility for the IT Support within the business, and have a passion for solving problems.
Our IT Support Engineers are an integral member of our team and are involved influencing the support of sophisticated solutions and ensuring their robustness. This is a superb time to join and be part of our growth.
You will have:
Soid experience as an IT Support Engineer.
Experience in working to SLA s .
Experience of supporting multi-site clients.
2nd - 3rd Line Support is essential.
Desirable experience/qualifications:
Any Microsoft certification (MCSA, MCSE, VMware etc.
Network Support (Ideally comprehensive Cisco Networking tools)
Technical Skills Required:
Office 365 / O365.
SBS
Windows Server ( Ideally 2008 R2 )
Active Directory / AD.
MS Exchange
Firewalls
Cisco Networking (Ideally).
