We are looking for an experienced administrator who loves variety. My client is seeking an individual to join their team who loves a role touches on all areas of the business. As an administrative support you will be responsible for providing support to the wider team and business within an administrative capacity.
You will be a highly organised individual, someone that is methodical in their approach, likes to see tasks through and takes pride in their work.
Responsible for assisting the Office Manager completing day-to-day administrative duties.
Daily Duties:
Maintaining and updating of CRM systems (WorkflowMax and Iris)
Phone duties - In and outbound
Greeting clients and visitors
Scanning, distributing, and shredding the daily post and documentation
Handle out going post
Help keep the office a clean and tidy place to work
Assisting with client billing
Assistance with internal reporting
Support the wider team with any ad hoc duties
Any other general receptionist/admin duties
The ideal Candidate:
Comfortable with multitasking
Ability to manage own workload
Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills - face to face, telephone and via email
Organised & efficient
Willingness to roll sleeves up and help wherever needed
Supportive and reliable team member
Loyal and self-motivated
Displays integrity and commitment
Adaptable to work in different manners and with different software
