An energetic and motivated Senior Lettings Manager is required by a successful and award winning independent Estate Agency in their Fleet Branch.

Main Responsibilities to include:

• Creating the largest active market share in the area
• Maximise revenues and grow the property register as the main instructions taker for the branches
• Develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations
• Maximise branch profits and achieve all financial targets
• Manage team performance of employees via the morning meetings and one to one reviews
• Influence results through effective team management, action plans and their delivery

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous Estate Agency and customer service experience
• Have previous listing experience
• You must be target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement
• Be able to work effectively managing a team
• Be motivated and enthusiastic at all times
• Display high standards of service and presentation
• Have good organisational skills
• Demonstrate ideas and imitative around plans for market growth
• Be a car owner with a full driving licence and be insured for business use
• Have the legal right to work in the UK
