This is a superb opportunity to join a leading planning and property team in Bristol. They have a passion for delivering the very best solutions to their clients and have a strong reputation for repeat business and innovative responses. They have an established network across the UK and are looking to boost their Bristol planning team with a Planner and Senior Planner to support the growth in workload into the next phase of the development industry.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
You will be working alongside the Senior leadership team to conduct all planning activities and you will be given autonomy and space to be involved in all elements. Clients require support and professional advice on project strategy in consultation and are keen to embrace your professional technical knowledge. A key part of your role will be the ability to produce clear report writing, development of key arguments for negotiation and the ability to work to deadlines. You will manage client portfolios with the support of planning partners and associates.
You will enjoy a full and involved role, including appeals, site visits and committee work.
Ideally you will be a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute or working towards that, there is a mentoring programme in place to support your progress if necessary. The company boast strong CPD training and embrace new ideas in order to progress the careers and aptitude of their employees.
