Senior - Associate Level
East London / Essex
This UK based consultancy has a role within their Cost Management department for a Senior to Associate Level Quantity Surveyor to work on a high profile GBP100m plus residential scheme as well as a broad range of other challenging projects.
MRICS you must have solid experience within the residential sector; the ability to communicate effectively at a high technical level with members of the design team; the ability to challenge designs and suggest sustainable alternative economic design solutions, and communicate with design team; and a robust and strong attitude to negotiations with contractors.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a landmark project for a leading consultancy.
