Customer Service Advisor
Dorking

£23,000 per annum

It’s an exciting time to join SES Home Services, after a period of change and process improvement, we are pleased to be recruiting for our Customer Service Contact Centre. Our Customer Service Advisors are integral to the success of our business, supporting customers from their initial call for assistance through to the resolution of the problem. You will be answering incoming calls, managing system administration and booking in return visits for our engineers. You will develop great relationships, not only with your Customer Service colleagues, but also with the engineers and engineering managers you support.

You will:

- Respond to inbound calls from customers requiring assistance with their heating and plumbing
- Schedule engineer visits
- Maintain accurate records of customer call outs, updating systems if further work is required
- Schedule follow up visits to align with customer availability
- Provide timely updates to customers regarding their assistance requests
- Work on a Monday to Sunday shift pattern. You will cover 40 hours per week between the hours of 6am and 9pm.
 
About You:

You will already have customer service experience, bringing with you an understanding of what customer service excellence is and how you can deliver it. We are recruiting for people who can demonstrate:

- A friendly and professional telephone manner
- The ability to remain calm and re-prioritise workloads as required
- A good standard of IT literacy and the ability to update in-house systems and spreadsheets
- A willingness to learn
- A desire to provide outstanding service to each customer
