Magnus Search have temp to perm opportunities for HGV Class 2 drivers with our client, a leading logistics company in Beford. The work is customer delivery working in a two man team.
To be considered for this role of HGV Class 2 driver you must:
* Be able to work a 5 day out of 7 working pattern with 0600 start time, shifts last on average 10 hours
* Have excellent customer service & communication skills
* Be able to do manual handling within a two man team
Excellent rates of pay:
* Rate of pay is GBP15.00 p/h PAYE plus holiday accrual paid on a weekly basis
* Temp to perm is possible for the right candidate with a competitive permanent package and a basic starting salary up to GBP34,500 plus bonus and overtime on top. OTE GBP38,000+ per annum.
Duties include:
Driving a HGV Class 2 vehicle delivering to customers around Befordshire and surrounding areas. This position will involve manual handling but will be working with a full trained drivers mate. Shifts start between 0600 and last approximately 10 hours.
The must haves:
* A valid license to drive HGV Class 2 (C) vehicles or above, 6 months UK HGV experience preffered
* An in date digital tachograph & CPC card
* Excellent communication & customer service skills
