Chase Taylor are working with a very successful uPVC Window and Door Fabricator. Based in Northamptonshire, they are looking for an experienced General Manager to join their business and work side by side with the business owner to breathe a breath of fresh air into the business.
The ideal candidate would come from a Production background, who is looking to progress from a production manager position or has held a similar position at a previous company.
This is an opportunity for a career driven individual who is looking to take on the responsibility of the day to day running of the business including:
* Production Support & Development
* Helping explore and supporting expansion of the production operations and implementation of new products
* Office Administration support
