A 'can-do' attitude, great customer service and a natural flair for inspirational design.You will have worked agency side for at least 6 years and be perfectly competent at driving initiatives - taking ownership of projects and being fixated on positive outcomes, while also being enthused at the prospect of working with a small team of both experienced and junior creatives. Everyone gets their hands dirty, starting at the top - so you can't be afraid to challenge, pull apart a brief and lead the team to bigger and better things!In return, you'll have the opportunity to develop and hone your talents, with some great fun and rewards along the way.
