Job Outline:
My client who is a leading designer and manufacturer of specialist optoelectronics and Photonic products, is now looking for a Test Development Engineer to join their growing team in Hertfordshire.
Reporting to the Product Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing optical test stations for the modular and full system testing of my client's products.
As well as creating and maintaining test procedures, you will also be producing test documentation and assisting the team in product testing, troubleshooting and performance verification.
Using your mechanical, optical, electronic and software skills, you will be working across all aspects of Test, and Test Development for both new and existing products.
An understanding of LabVIEW would be a great advantage.

Qualifications/Experience:
It is expected that you will have a Degree or higher in a related engineering or science field.
Experience of generating test methodologies and procedures in manufacturing is essential.
