I am recruiting for a high-performing multi-academy trust which has grown significantly over the last two years. The Trust currently supports both primary and secondary schools, educating over 7,000 pupils and employing more than 800 staff.
This is an exciting time to join the central team, this role will play an important part in the positive promotion of the Trust as we celebrate and promote our successes. I am seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Marketing and Communications Executive for this new role. Reporting to the Trust Marketing Manager and being a member of the business support provision for the central team, responsibilities will include:
* The design and production of a range of appealing marketing collateral.
* Promotion of our Trust through digital marketing including social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedInetc.).
* To analyse and grow the engagement of social media channels.
* Maintain websites and our collaboration platform, ensuring that content is relevant for the audience and that all statutory requirements are met.
* To write engaging and informative content such as articles and press releases.
* The publication of newsletters for all stakeholders, recommending methods and approaches to maintain attention and create engagement.
* The participation in and co-ordination of promotional events.
The successful candidate will have the ability and enthusiasm to deliver a range of promotional activities and events. They will be able to demonstrate creative design skills and an awareness of marketing. They need excellent verbal and written communication skills they will be able to work on their own initiative whilst dealing with changing priorities.
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required and experience of design applications would be desirable. The working hours are 8 am to 4 pm Monday to Thursday and 8 am to 3.30 pm Friday.
