Baseline Recruit is working with an established global business in recruiting for a Sales Administrator on a permanent basis. Supporting the sales team predominantly, this roles comes with some excellent benefits and covers Monday-Friday for 36.5 hours a week.
Key responsibilities include:
* Data Input / Ensuring data is accurate and managed effectively
* Provide Admin support to sales team
* Identifying key contacts & companies from the company Sales Lead System & CRM system
* Processing Quotations in accordance with internal controls
* Managing stock replenishment service for samples
* Occasional outbound calling and customer services
* Carrying out research via company lead system
Knowledge & Experience
* Minimum 3 standard grades which should include English
* Computer literate and have a confident telephone manner
* Minimum 5 years office experience
* Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, CRM Systems/SAP)
* Excellent planning and organisational skills
* Be able to work with minimum supervision
* Excellent communication skills, particularly over the telephone
* Show an awareness of other roles, responsibilities and requirements and the ability to work with others
* Demonstrate a flexible approach to work
* Bright & enthusiastic, a good multi-tasker and when required able to focus on key tasks
* SAP ERP and or CRM experience (Desirable)
* Touch Typist (Desirable)
