The Role - Multi-Skilled Trade Operative / Plasterer
This is a field-based role working at North Wales Housing properties across North Wales, where you'll be responsible for providing a quality maintenance and refurbishment service to both occupied and empty properties within specific timescales in a manner that demonstrates a high regard for customer care, standard of workmanship and efficiency. This will involve:
* Plastering
* Joinery
* Tiling
* Bricklaying
* Installing and repairing windows and locks
* Decorating
You'll be provided with and accountable for all the tools, equipment and materials you need, and you'll ensure all appropriate paperwork and certificates are completed and submitted.
The Package
* Salary of GBP26,654
* Permanent contract, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am to 4:45pm
* A company van for work purposes, and tools provided
* Minimum of 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Our Requirements - Multi-Skilled Trade Operative / Plasterer
* Proven experience of plastering, in addition to being multi-skilled
* A recognised relevant qualification such as City and Guilds / NVQ Level 3
* Ability to hold everyday conversations in Welsh
* A full UK driving licence
