You will also be completing a variety of administrative tasks on a daily basis, from sales, to customer complaints.
The role:
Process orders from customers, respond to customers with pricings, delivery details and confirmation of orders and scheduling
Provide assistance with sales reporting and production scheduling
Manage the process for international shipments
Completion and monitoring of export / import documentsThe person:
Administration and customer service experience
Experience with excel and data entry
