Page Personnel are appointing an Office Manager to support the wider business, and organise and coordinate administrative duties and office procedures. This role is ideal for working parents, or an individual looking for shorter days.

Description
Your key responsibilities will be, but not limited to, to organise office operations and procedures, assist in projects, provide general support to visitors, maintain and update office policies, assist in the on-boarding process for new hires, and maintain personnel files.
The individual will also be responsible for managing and executing the social calendar, and responsible for overseeing the building and facilities repairs, and looking after travel requirements.
Profile
The successful individual will have experience in a similar position, and be highly personable. You will be comfortable liaising at all levels, and approachable to all.
You will be resourceful, and have a can do and helpful attitude.
Good MS Office skills.
Job Offer
20-30 hours a week (depending on what you are looking for)
GBP32,000 per annum FTE (pro rata'd) + bonus
Free gym membership
25 days holiday + BH (pro-rata'd)
Office based
