BID AND CONTENT MANAGER

IMPELLAM (STEM BRANDS)

SRG, LORIEN, CARBON 60

MANCHESTER + WFH

This is an exciting opportunity to craft winning bids as well as curating compelling content for Impellam's STEM recruitment brands. This role will focus predominantly on bids and content for SRG (Impellam's life sciences staffing brand) as well as supporting bids and content for other Impellam STEM brands, Lorien and Carbon60. Role and responsibilities will include.

Bid Management:

  • The end to end management of the full bid cycle including completing PQQs/RFIs, ITTs/ RFPS and BAFO documents
  • Writing compelling bids that clearly define the offering, differentiators, USPs and track record
  • Engaging with a range of internal stakeholders (senior stakeholders, operations, back office/ middle office, etc) to gain additional insight and information in order to provide accurate and in-depth information and answers
  • Ensuring that all governance requirements are met (sign offs for legal, insurance, IT governance, HR, operational etc)
  • Ensuring bid trackers are keep up to date
  • Creating engaging, bespoke MS PowerPoint presentations for pitches and workshops
  • Completing additional documentation as required including security questionnaires, supplier set up forms and ad hoc queries
  • Updating the bid pipeline on Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Ensuring on-time submission of compliant bids
  • Ensuring internal stakeholders adhere to deadlines and are kept up to date with progress

Content Management:

  • Building and maintaining a content library using Qorus content management software hosted on MS SharePoint
  • Ensuring that key content remains up to date in Qorus including company information, case studies, profiles, testimonials, solutions etc.
  • Operating as a Qorus Super User
  • Responding to ad hoc requests for standard content
  • Maintaining and updating the MS PowerPoint slide library
  • Supported by the Insights Function, creation of market intelligence reports for clients

This role will suit a candidate with the following experiences/qualities:

  • Scientific background (education or previous work experience) and a desire to continue to learn and understand market developments in this space
  • Excellent command of the English language, with very strong written skills (MS Word)
  • Intermediate design skills (MS PowerPoint)
  • MS SharePoint experience would be advantageous
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities
  • An understanding of, or exposure to, recruitment
  • An inquisitive mind and a positive attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail and an ability to work to strict deadlines
  • Highly organised, able to juggle multiple tasks at once, and work at pace
