Our client is a prominent Derby employer based near the centre of Derby. They are presently recruiting a Cost Analyst to complement their existing team. This role is homebased, however, you will be required to travel to Derby for the first 2 weeks to conduct training required.
Principal accountabilities will include:
* Managing invoice requests
* Raising urgent Dispatch invoices
* Intercept and process Dispatches and invoices
* Distribute invoices and associated documentation as requested
* Answering telephone and resolving credit note queries.
* Produce invoices requested by specific departments.
* Any other duties deemed necessary by the Team Leader.
It is envisaged that the successful candidate will ideally be AAT part/full qualified and can demonstrate the ability to work under pressure. You should also have strong Excel experience. You should also be a team player with an excellent telephone manner who is willing to commit to a 12 month contract.
