Rubicon Consulting is currently hiring a Recruitment consultant / Account Manager based in Solihull.
The successful candidate will take control of the Permanent Recruitment sector of our business.
Our current business focus is 95% contractors working in Energy, Telecoms or I.T.
We have a portfolio of blue chip clients across the UK and Europe, most of which also recruit permanent staff at all levels.
We need an experienced consultant to manage the permanent recruitment desk. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a team around you starting hands on with existing clients and later expanding into new business areas.
