Our mission is to be the leading global provider of cutting-edge flood prediction that saves lives and livelihoods whilst significantly reducing the cost of flooding. Having launched in January, 2019, we have a growing team of ~25 people with offices in Loughborough and London.

We are now looking for a Project Co-oridnator to join our team on a permanent, full time basis.

The Role

As a Project Co-ordinator, you will project manage the implementation of our innovative climate resilience solutions for both our clients and internal projects.

Providing support to the Head of Service, you will assist in drafting customer agreements, project plans and customer status registers. You will ensure all projects are delivered within the defined parameters and customer deadlines.

Additionally, co-ordinating customer onboarding you will provide demonstrations of our solutions whilst effectively dealing with any customer queries.

About You

To be considered as a Project Co-ordinator, you will need:

- Proven experience in similar role supporting or leading projects
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to prioritise activities
- The ability to work to deadlines
- Coherent and clear communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills  
- To be competent in the use of MS Office and project planning tools such as Trello & Smartsheet

Experience in a customer facing project role would be advantageous.

Other organisations may call this role Project Delivery Co-ordinator, Project Manager, Client Delivery Co-ordinator, or Project Officer.
