We are looking to recruit an Admin Team Leader internally you will be know as a Delivery Team Leader.

As an Admin Team Leader you will support the Head of Service to deliver an efficient and customer driven compliance service. You will also manage, develop and co-ordinate a team of safer homes officers to deliver an effective service.

Duties of an Admin Team Leader:

  • Manage and co-ordinate a team of safer homes officers to deliver the annual compliance programme.
  • Manage and co-ordinate the historic and current actions arising from the compliance programme within the specified timescales.
  • Develop a culture of continuous service improvements and strive to deliver KPI performance on all targets.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of quality systems and processes to help ensure an effective customer focused repairs service.
  • Manage the information systems to provide up to date and accurate job costing, performance and productivity information.
  • Assist with risk management and business continuity plans for the department.
  • Supervise data collection and ensure relevant departments receive timely and accurate information.
  • Manage the postal and courier service, Work with all stakeholders, Residents/Internal &External Agencies/ Internal Audit to increase customer satisfaction and compliance with the contract(s) and enhance partnership working as required.

Candidates are required to work in both Chichester and Stockwell when in the office so should be flexible to travel both locations.
