Lewisham - with weekly travel to our offices in Havant (PO9 2NT)

Hyde is looking to recruit a specialist Talent Acquisition Partner.

The Talent Acquisition Partner will specialise in the direct sourcing of candidates for our Property Services Directorate. You will use your creative skills to fill some of our most challenging vacancies across London and the South East. This will include: Gas Engineers, Electricians, Multi-Traders, Building Surveyors and office support roles.

You will be a key member of the Talent Acquisition Team delivering an effective resourcing model that supports the continued development of a high-performance business, recruiting the highest quality talent available within the market.

You will be required to work closely with HR colleagues to ensure the provision of a seamless end to end recruitment service to the organisation.

Outputs and Accountabilities

* Responsible for the day to day delivery of recruitment for our Property Services division.

* Personal responsibility for the direct recruitment of trades and non-trades staff for Property Services.

* Guide hiring managers through the recruitment process to ensure process is followed.

* Working with managers and HR Business Partners to understand key resource requirements to ensure the development of resourcing strategies that meet both current and future organisational needs.

* Act as the recruitment subject matter expert on employee resourcing strategies to provide innovative, cost effective and timely solutions.

* Use LinkedIn and social media channels to promote career opportunities at Hyde.

* Work with our Internal Communications Team to look at Digital campaigns to highlight Hyde as an employer of choice.

* Coaching and advising managers in the implementation of robust recruitment and selection processes.

* Develop alliances with 3rd parties to ensure a steady flow of candidates including CTP, colleges and other relevant bodies.

* Deliver recruitment services within agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

* Operate as an expert in industry best practice, monitoring new trends and opportunities to consistently raise standards.
