Residential Conveyancer

My client are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join their vibrant and ambitious team at the offices in Loughborough.

Responsible for your own caseload, the successful candidate will manage all legal matters involved in the sale and purchase transactions.

Ideally the candidate should be a qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer or Legal Executive or training to qualify as one of the above, experienced Paralegals will also be considered for the role.

The Position

• Dealing with residential conveyancing matters
• Being a mentor to less experienced staff developing their knowledge
• Resolving client queries as and when they arise
• A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service

The Person

• Experienced in handling residential conveyancing caseload
• A good communicator understanding and empathising with the clients' requirements
• Contribute towards the company's delivery of customer service and value
