Bid / Pre-Con Manager
Universal Facades are currently assisting a highly respected envelope sub-contractor with their search for a Pre-Construction Manager to be based from their office in Glasgow.
The Pre Construction Manager will play a key part within the Pre Construction function of the business, working with the Pre Construction Director on specific opportunities and developing bid winning strategies specific to each project.
Our client are looking for an experienced candidate with leadership skills in preconstruction and in winning work with these required to lead and manage bid teams.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of public or private sectors (commercial, education, healthcare and leisure). The ideal candidate will be able to perform in a high-pressure environment and have a degree of strategic thinking.
