Industria Personnel have an exciting opportunity to join one of our clients based in Rugby as a Customer Service Manager; this role is permanent directly with the client.
Customer Service Manager
Managing a small team of Customer Service Advisors that support their customers directly within the Aerospace and Automotive industry.
Responsibilities
Support the customer service team with training and support where required.
Leading, supporting and implementing transfer projects and process improvements.
Monitoring of KPIs and acting on deviations.
Escalation level for Professional Customer Service.
Helping customers with their orders and queries via phone, email and live chat
Actively working with and managing third parties to ensure, for example, any delivery issues are resolved in a timely manner
Experience/Qualifications
Relevant Leadership experience minimum 2 years at a senior level
Logistics experience preferred
SAP or CRM Experience preferred not essential

Hours of Work
Monday-Thursday 8:00-16:30 Friday 08:00-13:00
Company Benefits:
37 hours per week
29 days holiday + bank holidays
Pension (1.5 x contribution up to max of 9% i.e. employee pays 6%, employer pays 9%
